The Curti Prize is awarded for the best historical essay of term-paper size and scope, written by an undergraduate non-history major.
Essays must be at least 10 pages in length and have been written for a history course.
Conditions of Award
One $200 award will be given to the applicant with the best historical essay of term-paper size and scope that is not a history major.
How to Apply
Visit the Wisconsin Scholarship Hub (WiSH) to apply for Department of History scholarships by logging in to your
WiSH dashboard or by using the Sign In button in the top-right corner of your screen.
Students will be considered for the Curti Prize if they complete the Department of History Undergraduate Writing Prize application.
