PT 2 Ramaker/Budlong Physical Therapy Scholarship Fund

The Donors wish to provide scholarship support to students in the University of Wisconsin – Madison Physical Therapy Program. The annual distributable amounts from the Fund shall be used to provide financial support to need-based physical therapy students. The amount of the awards given and the number of awards made each year shall be determined according to the standard procedures of the Physical Therapy Program. The scholarship is renewable each year for up to a total of three (3) years as long as the student is in good academic standing and is making progress toward finishing his/her degree.

Eligibilty:
Enrolled as a second-year physical therapy DPT student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison at time of application. Expressing financial need

Application Process
Prepare 2-3 paragraph responses, maximum of 500 words, to this scholarship. Express your financial need.

Selection Process:
The recipient will be selected by the UW-Madison PT Program’s scholarship committee and notified via email by April 25, 2024.
