PT-2 Margaret A. Kohli Scholarship

This fund was set up with contributions from friends of Margaret A. Kohli in honor of her retirement from the position of Director of the UW-Madison PT Program, a position she held from 1941-1980.

Eligibility Criteria
Enrolled as a second year DPT student at UW-Madison at time of application. Must have an academic achievement of 3.5 minimum cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 system.

Application Process
Please show evidence for potential leadership in the field of Physical Therapy, evidence of service to UW-Madison and/or community, your plans for a career in Physical Therapy and your interest in an academic career in Physical Therapy.

Selection Criteria
The recipient will be selected by the UW-Madison DPT Program’s scholarship committee and notified via email by April 25, 2024.

Award Information
There are four scholarships available, each for $4,500 to be directed at tuition only.

Conditions of Award
If, in the opinion of the committee, there are no acceptable candidates, a scholarship may not be given this year.
