PT-2 UW-Madison PT Alumni Coalition Scholarship

This scholarship was established to reward student service to the UW-Madison PT Program. The recipient of this scholarship will also be offered membership on the UW-Madison PT Alumni Coalition.

Enrolled as a second year DPT student at UW-Madison at time of application. No specific GPA requirement.

Prepare 2-3 paragraph responses, up to 500 words, to the scholarship you would like to be considered for. Show your evidence of service to UW-Madison Doctor of Physical Therapy Program (preference to applicants who have contributed to the UW-Madison Physical Therapy Program in a meaningful way.)

The recipient will be selected by the UW-Madison DPT Program’s scholarship committee and notified via email by April 25, 2024.

There is one scholarship available for $1,000, directed at tuition only.

If, in the opinion of the committee, there are no acceptable candidates, a scholarship may not be given this year.
