Chesler Prize

The Chesler Prize provides a one time award to an outstanding English major who is a senior working on a senior thesis. The selected thesis will demonstrate exceptional writing and analytical skills. (Creative writing theses are excluded.) Essays must contain a cover page and be submitted in PDF format

Alan Chesler, BS, 1985, MS, 1987 established this prize in recognition of high caliber of writing and communication skills he learned as an English major at UW-Madison.
