Catherine E. Klein Memorial Fund

The Catherine E. Klein Memorial Fund is an annual scholarship that supports undergraduate students in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

About the process: Students do not apply for individual scholarships with the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Students fill out one application and the scholarship committee matches students to awards. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, academics, study area and involvement. Declared School of Journalism and Mass Communication majors
Seniors graduating in the spring or summer terms

Who is not eligible to apply?
Seniors graduating in December of the current term

Donor Information
Charles and Barbara Klein set up this scholarship in honor of Catherine Klein, who was part of the Badger Yearbook staff and died shortly after the publication of the 1982 yearbook. The yearbook staff dedicated the 1982 Badger in her memory.
