Single Parent Scholarships

The American Association of University Women (AAUW)–Monona/Madison Branch has been a committed supporter since 1993, initially through the establishment of the Single Parent Scholarship. Swenson served as the Madison branch’s first president in 1909, while Mathews Rosenberry was UW-Madison’s dean of women and professor of history from 1911 to 1918.
