Therese Scharpf Rolfs Scholarship
This incoming first year student scholarship does not require completion of a separate application, rather, students are considered after submission of the admissions application and the FAFSA. College scholarships for first year students are very scarce and limited.

The Therese Scharpf Rolfs scholarship provides a one-time award (amount subject to variation) to a high achieving incoming freshman from rural WI with financial need pursuing a degree in the College of Letters & Science.
Therese Scharpf Rolfs received a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1958. She established this fund to support students in the College of Letters & Science who demonstrate financial need with a preference for those who come from rural Wisconsin communities.
