  2. How will the nursing course you take this summer help you become a better nurse? (Please limit response to 250 words)
  3. Do you intend to practice nursing in Wisconsin after graduation?
  4. If you do intend to practice nursing in Wisconsin, would you be willing to sign a commitment letter agreeing to practice nursing in the State of Wisconsin for at least three (3) years of full-time service after graduation?
