Spring Commencement Regalia Scholarship

Please complete the following questions to submit your application for scholarship funds to cover the costs for cap and gown rental. Reimbursements will not be processed if you already rented your regalia. Our office will use the information you submit in this form to order regalia for you.
Only the cost of rental attire for cap and gown will be provided. You will be notified prior to the early bird rental deadline, April 5th, if your application has been approved. You do not need to reach out to check on your application. We will notify you either way.

If you live outside of Dane County and require your regalia to be shipped to you, please email us directly at “commence@chancellor.wisc.edu” once you have been approved.

Please follow all formatting to ensure your regalia is submitted correctly.
