Department of Bacteriology Underrepresented Minority Undergraduate Student Scholarship

Purpose
To provide funding to an Underrepresented undergraduate student in the department.

Criteria
Must belong to Underrepresented Minority group as defined by NIH or UW – Madison SciMEDGRS program. UW-Madison freshmen, sophomores, or juniors currently declared in or intend to declare the Microbiology major.

Award
One annual award of in-state tuition and fees and mentorship from the Department of Bacteriology
