Kopplin Vaughn Memorial Scholarship

About the Donor
Laura Kopplin earned a BS in Biochemistry and Genetics in 2004 from UW-Madison and then earned a medical degree and doctorate in Genetics from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She has completed an internship at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, and an ophthalmology residency and fellowship at the Casey Eye Institute in Portland, OR. Her specialty is eye-related inflammatory diseases, uveitis, and ocular immunology.

Eligibility Criteria
Awarded to students from diverse backgrounds, with demonstrated need, majoring in the Biological Sciences; preference given to Genetics & Genomics and Biochemistry majors.
