Helen C. White Award
The Helen C. White Award provides a one-time award to a senior woman-identified person majoring in English. This scholarship recognizes academic excellence and students with deep interest in the life of their communities. Selected scholars will demonstrate a commitment to sharing their humanistic culture with family and community and exemplify “the sterling character” of Helen C. White.
This scholarship was established by Ineva Baldwin in honor of Helen C. White, a great teacher and scholar in the Department of English at the University of Wisconsin.
