Frances Z. Cumbee Scholarship
The Frances Z. Cumbee Scholarship was made possible by the late Frances Cumbee. Professor Cumbee established a trust fund for scholarships to be given to undergraduate students pursuing teacher certification in the School of Education. Professor Cumbee served on the faculty of the School of Education for 42 years, retiring as an emeritus professor from the Department of Kinesiology in 1987.
Eligibility Criteria
A student admitted to a teacher education program. Preference for students in the physical education program.
