Linda B. Stern Scholarship for Women and STEM
The Linda B. Stern Scholarship for Women and STEM provides a one-time award to self-identified females majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Completed applications are evaluated using donor criteria and College of Letters & Science criteria (academic excellence, community service, leadership, diversity, strength of character, and creative accomplishment) and require well written essays. Students who are not current recipients of Letters & Science multi-year scholarships are given priority.
The Graham and Stern families wish to honor Linda B. Stern, mother and graduate of UW-Madison, with this scholarship to assist undergraduate students who are studying in STEM fields in the College of Letters & Science. This fund was established due to the generosity of The Linda B. and Howard S. Stern Family Foundation, and their children, Rachel and Peter Graham, and Seth and Trisha Stern.
Apply for the College of Letters & Science Scholarships Application for Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors by using your campus NetID and password and clicking on the “Sign In” button on the top-right corner of this screen.
