Louise O. Kloepper Scholarship

The Louise O. Kloepper Scholarship was established by Scott Davis in memory of his aunt, Louise Kloepper. Louise Kloepper was an emeritus professor and former chairperson of the Dance program, and came to the University in 1942 as a student of dance. She received her B.S. degree in dance and became an assistant professor of dance in 1946. She was known at the UW as a great and distinguished teacher of dance technique and composition, and served as artistic director and producer of numerous Orchesis productions, faculty, and student concerts.

Eligibility Criteria
Scholarship support for students enrolled in the Dance Program based on need as well as academic achievement.
