Orrin I. Berge Scholarship

The Orrin Berge Scholarship Fund was established by the Wisconsin Power Equipment Retailers Association (renamed as Midwest Equipment Dealers Association). The scholarship is named for Emeritus Professor Orrin Berge, a faculty member in the Department of Agricultural Engineering who made many outstanding contributions to the development and use of agricultural power equipment, safety, and foliage practices in Wisconsin.

Eligibility Criteria
Awarded to a sophomore, junior, or senior student majoring in Biological Systems Engineering (BSE) with preference given to students majoring in machinery systems. Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The Department of Biological Systems Engineering nominates students for this award.
