John and Wendy Damm AGR Scholarship

John W. Damm ’72, MS ’73 and Wendy M. Damm ’72, MS ’89 reside in Sun Prairie where they own and operate their own farm, Damm Farm. John studied agronomy and business management while at UW-Madison, and Wendy pursued a career in nursing as a pediatric nurse practitioner. They met as students on campus in the late 60’s and early 70’s. He was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity, and has been a steadfast supporter of the organization, the college, and the university. The child of an alumnus and the father of two graduates, John is a proud Badger.

Eligibility Criteria
Awarded to CALS undergraduates. Students must be members of Alpha Gamma Rho. Preference given to majors in plant sciences including: Agronomy, Horticulture, Bacteriology, or Soil Science. Preference may also be given to pre-med or health science majors. This award is renewable. GPA is not a consideration for this award.
