Beulah Dahle Scholarship

In her day, Beulah Dahle was known on campus as the “dean” of food service in the UW residence halls. Working closely with UW chef, Carson Gulley, she worked on expanding the food offerings on campus while seeking to improve students’ food habits. This scholarship serves to honor her distinguished career.

Awarded to undergraduate students in CALS majoring in Dietetics or Food Science.
