Lila Hicks Furber Scholarship

The Lila Hicks Furber Scholarship provides a one-time award to a junior or senior English major in recognition of academic excellence and rising promise as an English scholar.

This scholarship was established by Lila Hicks Furber who was a graduate of UW-Madison and became a teacher after graduation.

Student financial aid packages can be impacted by scholarship awards. It is recommended that students contact the financial aid office to learn about impact on current aid packages prior to application.
