Philip Harris Scholarship

Phil Harris grew up on a family farm and graduated from Iowa State University. He received both his Masters in Economics and his law degree from the University of Chicago. Phil was an avid runner and was involved in church activities and Bible study. Phil was an Emeritus Professor and former chair of the Agriculture and Applied Economics Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he taught agricultural law for 37 years.

The department of Agricultural and Applied Economics nominates students for this scholarship.
