PT-1 Moncher/Katz Family Physical Therapy Scholarship Fund

This Fund is a gift from Amy Katz, a 1970 graduate of the UW Physical Therapy Program. The purpose of this Fund is to provide two scholarships to physical therapy students who have financial need. It is the Donors’ preference that a total of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) be awarded each year.

Application Process
Prepare 2-3 paragraph responses, maximum of 500 words, to the scholarship you would like to be considered for. Express your financial need.

The recipient will be selected by the UW-Madison PT Program’s Scholarship Committee and you will be notified by April 21, 2023.
