Fearn Cook Low Scholarship

The Fearn Cook Low Scholarship provides a one-time award to high achieving first year students with financial need pursuing a degree from the College of Letters & Science.

Completed applications are evaluated using donor criteria and College of Letters & Science criteria (academic excellence, community service, leadership, diversity, strength of character, and creative accomplishment) and require well written essays. In addition, scholarships with a financial need component require a completed FAFSA form on file with UW-Madison. Students who are not current recipients of Letters & Science multi-year scholarships are given priority.

The donor established this scholarship in honor of Fearn Cook Low who provided for the educational expenses of a relative during the Great Depression.

Apply for the College of Letters & Science Scholarships Application for Current First Year Students by using your campus NetID and password and clicking on the Sign In button on the top-right corner of this screen.
