Donor Information
This scholarship was created in 1999 through a gift from Herbert Rozoff to the University of Wisconsin Foundation. A 1955 J-School alumnus, Rozoff joined an international public relations firm headquartered in Chicago soon after graduation. Six years later, he launched Herbert H. Rozoff Public Relations, which represented a wide range of industries and publicly owned corporations. Notably, the firm was retained by the Illinois State Lottery to handle marketing and public relations for the new lottery. Rozoff’s public relations career spanned more than five decades.
