Orson S. Morse History Scholarship

The $1,000 Orson S. Morse History Scholarship is given annually to an outstanding History major. Mr. Morse received his degree in History from the College of Letters & Science in 1932 and established this bequest to support undergraduate history education.

Eligibility Criteria
Recipient must be a declared History major. Students who will graduate in spring 2023, summer 2023, or who have already graduated are not eligible to receive this scholarship. The recipient will need to enroll at UW-Madison during the 2023-2024 academic year in order to receive this scholarship.
