Goldberg Scholarship in History

The Department of History is pleased to offer the Goldberg Scholarship in History, which provides a $1,000 grant towards tuition for an undergraduate History major. One Goldberg Scholarship will be awarded annually.

Eligibility Criteria
Recipient must be a declared History major. Students who will graduate in spring 2023, summer 2023, or who have already graduated are not eligible to receive this scholarship. The recipient will need to enroll at UW-Madison during the 2023-2024 academic year in order to receive this scholarship. Both in-state and out-of-state students may apply.

Selection Criteria
Applicants will be considered based on financial need (as determined by the Office of Financial Aid).
