Norman and Stella Berven Scholarship (RPS-GD)

Emeritus Professor Norman Berven was a faculty member in the Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education and a former member of the School of Education Board of Visitors. Stella is deceased but had a great love for the University of Wisconsin–Madison; its academic and research programs and particularly its students.

Eligibility Criteria
The Donors wish to provide recognition and support to first year graduate students in Rehabilitation Psychology and to encourage students with disabilities to pursue this area of study. The scholarship shall be given to first-year students with disabilities who are pursuing Master’s or Ph.D. degrees in Rehabilitation Psychology. The scholarship is non-renewable. Preference to a student with visual impairment.
