Angelina and Jesús Carreño Scholarship

This scholarship was established to honor the donor’s grandparents, Angelina and Jesús Carreño. The annual scholarship provides $1,000 of support to one or more under-represented students with junior or senior status studying within the College of Letters & Science and financial need.

Completed applications are evaluated using donor criteria and College of Letters & Science criteria (academic excellence, community service, leadership, diversity, strength of character, and creative accomplishment). Successful applicants should also have well written essays. In addition, scholarships with a financial need component require a completed FAFSA form.
