Gasper Family Scholarship in the School of Education

This scholarship was created by the generosity of Karen and Ken Gasper. Karen ‘62 has a degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and spent many years teaching first grade and kindergarten. Ken ‘61 received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He continued his education at UW and received his Masters and PhD in Nuclear Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria
The Gasper Family Scholarship was created by Kenneth and Karen Gasper and shall be awarded to deserving undergraduate students enrolled in the Elementary Education program in the School of Education. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need and who maintain a grade point of 2.8 or higher and good standing at the University.
