Research travel occurring between July 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021 is eligible for this award. Please visit our program site and carefully read through the information presented regarding Research Travel funds before applying. Included is information on deadlines throughout the year, eligibility, award levels, FAQs, and more.

Important COVID-19 Update

Note, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, university-sponsored travel is currently canceled indefinitely. Additionally, as a part of the Return to Research Phase 1 directives, researchers seeking to resume research that cannot be completed at home must receive approval from their college dean (or designee for approval) or the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Education. When university-sponsored travel is allowed, applicants will need to demonstrate they have received this approval for their application to be considered.
