Michael S. Flagstad Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship fund was established through gifts from alumni, family, and friends in memory of Michael S. Flagstad. Michael Flagstad earned his PharmD and Master’s Degree from the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy and was a pioneering entrepreneur in the profession. This scholarship will support a pharmacy student who has distinguished themselves in pursuit of a career in hospital pharmacy.
