Margaret A. Goldman Scholarship Fund
The Margaret A. Goldman scholarship provides a renewable (multi-year) award to a high achieving first year students pursuing a degree from the College of Letters & Science.
Completed applications are evaluated using donor criteria and College of Letters & Science criteria (academic excellence, community service, leadership, diversity, strength of character, and creative accomplishment) and require well written essays. In addition, scholarships with a financial need component require a completed FAFSA form on file with UW-Madison. Students who are not current recipients of Letters & Science multi-year scholarships are given priority. Students must be in and maintain good standing and full-time enrollment in the College of Letters & Science.
Margaret A. Goldman graduated from the UW-Madison with a B.S. degree in 1949 and enjoyed a successful career as a secondary teacher for many years.
