Ruth Alice and Miriam Howell Jones Scholarship - Art

The Ruth Alice Howell and Miriam Howell Jones Scholarship is made possible by a gift from the estate of Ms. Howell, who received her degree in 1945 and served the Milwaukee Public Schools as a teacher and principal from 1930 to 1964. Her sister, Miriam Howell Jones, received her bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees from the UW-Madison School of Education.
