Undergraduate Thesis Award

The Undergraduate Thesis Award provides a one-time award (amount subject to variation) to an undergraduate Psychology student to support completion of an undergraduate thesis project in a faculty research lab. Students are evaluated using criteria such as academic excellence, research experience, leadership, and strength of thesis proposal.

Conditions of Award
Students must be a full-time, declared psychology major enrolled in an undergraduate thesis within the Department of Psychology. In addition, scholarships with a financial need component require a completed FAFSA form at https://fafsa.ed.gov/ on file with UW-Madison. Student financial aid packages can be impacted by scholarship awards. It is recommended that students contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at https://financialaid.wisc.edu to learn about potential impact on current aid packages.
