PT-2 Ridley Family Physical Therapy Scholarship
The Ridley’s established this scholarship after Ted was cared for by physical therapists during the follow-up care from his brain tumor surgery. Ted lived for 11 more years and wanted to recognize all the benefits he gained from his care.
Eligibility Criteria
Enrolled as a second year physical therapy DPT student at UW-Madison at time of application. Must have an academic achievement of a 3.2 minimum cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 system.
How to Apply
Prepare 2-3 paragraph responses, up to 500 words, to the scholarship you would like to be considered for. Show your evidence of potential service to UW-Madison Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and/or your community, as well as potential leadership in the field of physical therapy and your plans for a career in physical therapy.
Selection Criteria
The recipient will be selected by the UW-Madison DPT Program’s scholarship committee and notified via email by April 24, 2020.
Award Information
There is one scholarships available for $1,800 to be directed at tuition only.
