Berbee/Walsh Journalism Scholarship
The Berbee/Walsh Journalism Scholarship is an annual scholarship that supports an undergraduate student in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications.

Only School of Journalism and Mass Communication majors are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The application to apply for this and all other School of Journalism and Mass Communication scholarships is open the first two weeks of every December. Please visit our website for additional information on how to apply. Preference is given to Wisconsin residents.
The fund was established in 2006 by Karen Walsh, a graduate of the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, and her husband, James Berbee. Berbee and Walsh were co-founders of Berbee Information Networks, a corporation headquartered in Fitchburg, WI, that specialized in IT information systems and support structures.
