Ann Flaherty Murphy Memorial Scholarship

The Ann Flaherty Murphy Memorial Scholarship Fund was created by Alphonsus C. Murphy (Law 1961) to honor his wife. Ann (Peg) Flaherty Murphy received a BS in Education from UW–Madison in 1960, and an MA in Education from The George Washington University in 1966. She had a lifelong interest in education, as an elementary teacher, parent, grandparent, and community volunteer.

Eligibility Criteria
Students in the Elementary Education program who have graduated from a Wisconsin high school and demonstrate financial need.
