Degenhart Family Scholarship

The Degenhart Family Scholarship provides funding to an undergraduate majoring in Economics. Financial need is considered.

Scholarships with a financial need component require a completed FAFSA form on file with UW-Madison.

Michael J. Degenhart (BS Economics ’84) established this scholarship, in honor of his wife, Carmella, and his mother, Joyce Carpenter Degenhart, to assist undergraduate students in the Department of Economics.

Student financial aid packages can be impacted by scholarship awards. It is recommended that students contact UW’s Office of Student Financial Aid to learn about impact on current aid packages.
