Global Badger Internship and Research Scholarship

The Global Badger Internship and Research Scholarship is for UW-Madison students to use towards study abroad program costs as part of our Commitment to Career Readiness. The scholarship encourages students to choose a program that helps them develop important career skills and meet their professional goals including internships, research, practicums, and co-ops. Students on a study abroad program who choose a part-time internship option are also eligible.

Eligibility:

• UW-Madison undergraduate students that apply to a UW-Madison Study Abroad approved semester or summer programs
• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior (Graduate students who are doing UW Signature Internships)
• Demonstrated Financial Need
• Clear link between the study abroad program they chose and career readiness including how their specific program will support the development of career competencies.
• Applicants must be enrolling in a UW Signature Internship, an Internship-Focused Program, a Worldwide Program, or a part-time Internship.
