Deloitte Foundation Scholarship
The Deloitte Foundation Scholarship Fund in CDIS supports students who meet the following criteria:
• Have experienced educational or economic hardship. Such backgrounds/experiences could include but are not limited to: low-income family, coming from an unserved urban, rural, or farming community, attending a school with limited college preparatory curriculum, attending a school district in an area with high poverty concentration, or other socioeconomic circumstances that have impacted educational opportunities.;
• maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent);
• be rising juniors or seniors;
• be pursuing a major within the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences; and
• be considering a possible career path in a technical role such as software or solutions engineering, consulting or similar interest.
Student financial need may be a consideration in awarding this scholarship.
The scholarship may be awarded to the same student(s) in successive years provided the student(s) maintains their academic standing.
