PT-1 Barbara Morgan Scholarship

This fund was established with a gift from Barbara Morgan (PhD ’88) who was a member of the Physical Therapy faculty from 1991-2009. The purpose of this fund is to provide one or more scholarships to physical therapy students who have demonstrated community service and financial need and/or are from a population that has health disparities within the State of Wisconsin as currently defined or identified by the University or School of Medicine and Public Health at the time of the award.
The PT Program has elected to award a scholarship from this fund—to two first-year PT student in the amount of $2,250.

Eligibility Criteria
Student must be enrolled as a first-year physical therapy DPT student at UW-Madison, demonstrate evidence of service to UW-Madison/community, have financial need, and/or from a population with health disparities within the state of WI.
