PT-1 Caroline, Clara, Charles and Mildred Haprer Scholarship

The Harper Scholarship Fund was established to award FOUR first-year physical therapy students with scholarships for their second year of study.

Eligibility Criteria
Enrolled as a first year DPT student at UW-Madison at time of application and to be directed at tuition only. Must have an academic achievement of 3.5 minimum cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 system.

Application Process
Prepare 2-3 paragraph responses, maximum of 500 words, to the scholarship you would like to be considered for. Show your evidence of financial need and your plans for a career in Physical Therapy.

Selection Criteria
The recipient will be selected by the UW-Madison DPT Program’s scholarship committee and notified via email by April 26, 2019.

Award Information
There are 4 Harper scholarships available. Caroline Harper Scholarship: 1 at $500.00, Mildred Harper Scholarship: 1 at $400.00. CM &CL Harper Scholarship: 2 at $800.00 each. Each to be directed at tuition only.

Conditions of Award
If, in the opinion of the committee, there are no acceptable candidates, a scholarship may not be given this year.
