James McCaffery and Wilma Gormley
James McCaffery is a distinguished two-time University of Wisconsin – Madison alum, having earned his undergraduate degree in 1966 and his PhD in Curriculum and Instruction in 1975. He was a founder and senior advisor for technology resources of the Training Resources Group. Jim and his wife, Wilma Gormley, have a strong commitment to supporting students. Scholarships provided Jim the opportunity to attend UW-Madison and contributed to his successes in life.
Jim served in Ethiopia as part of Peace Corp after college and started the consulting company Training Resources Group that worked with organizations like the World Bank, USAID, the UN, WHO and more. He grew up in Edgerton and still comes back to Wisconsin for football games.
