Fred and Gina Pramenko
Frederick ’91 MS’95 and Gina ’91 Pramenko reside in Mequon and have strong ties to UW-Madison. Gina is a second-generation Badger, Fred has siblings that are UW-Madison alumni, and their oldest daughter is currently enrolled as a student. Gina received her BSIE in 1991 and Fred received his BSIE in 1991 & MBA in 1995. UW-Madison’s impact on their lives has been significant. It’s the place where they first met, where they started their social and professional adult lives, and it’s where they developed skills to use the rest of their lives in critical thinking, problem-solving, & networking.
Fred and Gina created the Fred and Gina Pramenko Scholarship Fund to help others by giving back to the program that helped shape their careers and lives and as a thank you for the opportunities that UW-Madison provided them. By providing financial assistance for deserving students, the Pramenkos hope to help students with their ISyE education and “Pay it Forward”. Fred and Gina hope that all beneficiaries of this fund will strive to someday give back to the UW in a similar way. They have also offered to help or mentor students if needed.
