After graduating from Madison, Jeremy returned home to become the third generation member to work on the family farm. He took great pride in his work at managing and improving the herd. Jeremy also worked as an Alta Genetics Dairy representative. His father, Rodney “Ram” Len Seibel, was born on December 15, 1967, in Bloomer, WI to Leonard and Donna (Bernier) Seibel. He attended and graduated from Bloomer High School, where he met the love of his life Ann Ellison. They were married October 13, 1989, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Bloomer. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and attending their athletic events, and was very proud of all that they accomplished. Ram took pride in coaching his kids both on and off the field/court. He was an avid golfer, and shot two hole-in-ones over the course of his life. On July 2, 2015, Ram and Jeremy, were killed in a farm accident in a manure-confinement system on the Seibel farm. Ram called his brother and farming partner, Ron Seibel, to look after the cows while Ram went into the pit after a piece of equipment that had fallen off. While in the pit, Ram was overcome by the gas build-up. Jeremy tried to come to his father’s rescue but was killed too.
